The Easy Era is your permission to breathe. Ease over extremes. Strength over snatched.  Easy Era is your four-week reset  — a simple, strength + core-based plan that keeps you consistent without restriction, guilt, or burnout. You’re not chasing “snatched.” You’re choosing strong and steady.

Each workout is structured with recovery and rest built in, allowing you to feel strong and stay consistent. Our focus: Deep core connection, controlled tempo, strong posture, low joint stress, repeatable structure = easy wins that keep you wanting to show up and press play!

Baby Belly Breakthrough

Level: Beginner

Baby Belly Breakthrough is a 6-week, at home, core-only plan that is for ANYONE but is also new mom and beginner friendly. Workouts are specially designed to rebuild your core and restore your confidence in 6 weeks.

These workouts are not like an intense, sweaty boot camp, but more like a basecamp designed to give you the strong base you need before moving on to full body strength and cardio programs.

Lift Like a L.A.D.Y. - 12 Weeks

Level: Intermediate

Lift Like a L.A.D.Y. is a 12 week strength & cardio combo program designed for moms who want to build measurable progress. You’ll train six days a week using the key lifts to help you improve your form, add strength, and track your results over time.

Each phase is structured with recovery and rest built in, allowing you to stay consistent. This program can be completed at home or in the gym, providing a clear plan to build the strength you can rely on.

Mama in Motion- 4 week

Level: All Levels

Mama in Motion brings the OG Mombod Method workouts straight to your screen. Each session follows a 15-minute circuit format, 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, repeated for 3 rounds, mixing strength, core, and cardio exercises. Done in real messy mom time, these workouts are music-free so you can play your own hype tracks, and you’ll see plenty of real mom-life in action. Perfect for building functional strength, core stability, and confidence while embracing progress over perfection!

Redefine Mombod - 6 weeks

Level: Beginner

Redefine Mombod is a 6 week low impact, total body program to help you take the overwhelm out beginning an exercise routine! Deep core focus, with special attention to hips & booty! You'll have a full workout plan, easy to understand core engagement & diaphragmatic breathing demos, in-app demo videos with voiceovered form cues and guidance, cardio recommendations, & more!

About Ashli

Hi, I’m Ashli. I’m a mom of two, the founder of GoMomBodSquad, and someone who thought she’d have it all figured out after having kids. Then, I realized how wrong I was.

Even though I had a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science and years of experience as a fitness coach, my first C-section left me feeling like a stranger in my own body. I remember standing in front of the mirror, frustrated and unsure of how even to start feeling like myself again. The advice out there about “bouncing back” didn’t help. It just made me feel worse.

That’s when I decided to stop chasing perfection and start building something real. I became certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness, creating programs that cater to the unpredictable realities of motherhood.

I won’t pretend to have it all together. Some days, I skip my workouts and eat my kids’ leftover chicken nuggets. But I believe moms deserve better than guilt and quick fixes. You deserve to feel strong, capable, and proud of yourself exactly as you are.
