I've met my goals every day except for the reading sometimes, including walking for 30 mins each day. Seeing that this morning gave me a real motivation boost (which was good because I am soonrree!)
This morning was the second time I woke up before my alarm refreshed and ready to go. This never happens. I have been getting my walks in on my 15-minute breaks at work, so these feel like the start of new habits. I still can’t get myself to work out in the morning like I wanted to, but 15 minutes makes it easy to squeeze it in each evening.
Had to take a couple rest days but still staying on track with diet and water. Steps are in as well. Not that much but already down 2lbs after struggling to lose ANYTHING for months. My husband has even made comments about noticing changes. I’ll take it!
I tend to sometimes push off my workouts and try to get everything else done first, then run out of time. But with a 15-minute quick and effective workout, I think it would be much easier to find the time any time of day! After a long, busy day, I felt better that I did something for myself, so thank you!

I've been doing short mini workouts throughout my days—lunges in the kitchen, tricep dips while the kids are in the bath. Seeing your account made me realize that short workouts work and are okay! I'm going to stay that mom who is able to pick her kids up without groaning.
A couple of days late, but I've actually been doing a lot of MomBod workouts from Instagram the last few weeks. I have a 3 & 5 year old. With thyroid fluctuations postpartum, and eating a restricted diet for nursing-allergy-babies for most of 4 years, I actually had a weight loss issue, and a really hard time gaining weight. I feel self-conscious announcing that, but I felt like crap feeling like my muscles were wasting and feeling so frail. Even 4+ weeks of doing Ashli's workouts has me feeling stronger and more energized, without ever feeling pain. Excited to build on that here.
Completed the first workout! I'm impressed by how difficult the workouts were in such a short time. @gomombodsquad, seeing your kids in the video made me smile as I'm working out in our playroom/workout room and my kids were walking in and out getting their toys. I have yet to participate in one of your program offerings; I have previously borrowed a move here and there from a post or story of yours, and I enjoyed the challenge. Ok. I did the first 8-minute workout option yesterday. I have to be honest... I went into it thinking there was no way those basic moves will do anything. BUT OMG I actually felt my core working. Like, FELT IT. It's been years. Thank you for making this feel doable!
Thank you so much for creating your content. You've helped me so much just take one step and TRY to get a 10-minute workout in daily with weights—for the sake of just getting stronger and a healthier body. I used to be a half-marathon runner and then had babies and was SO burnt out on running. I haven't worked out in like 6+ years because I wasn't sure where to start or HOW with my post-baby body. I tell everyone about your workouts! They have helped me so much. Before, I would only run on the treadmill because it's what I really enjoy and what I would consistently show up for. I felt like if I added weights or any other workout, I would get overwhelmed and give up. But these workouts take me ~15 minutes, and I notice so many changes in my body! Also, I can split up my workouts—like do my 25-minute jog on the treadmill in the morning, then your 15-minute workout in the living room while the kids watch TV later in the day. They're so easy to squeeze in. I am 11 months postpartum with #3, and these workouts have helped re-establish my love for moving my body.

I didn’t realize getting in the water was going to be so difficult for me! And prioritizing myself and not waiting until my kids are in bed... I've spent 6 years putting off taking care of myself — send all the support! In the last month of doing Ashli's exercises, I’ve realized I can't wait until after my kids go to bed — I get an energy boost and it makes it harder to fall asleep. So it's been a great motivation to fit in some time for myself earlier in the day.
